Judge Elliot Weiss, like 34 others this year, named the Portie, Matisse, his BIS. The GSD, Rumor went home with his second RBIS of the stop. Matisse goes home with all three of the big rosettes from this year's Peach Blossom Cluster, continuing a record setting pace with better than 45,000 points less than a third through the year.
