SUNDAY IN TENNESSEE & NORCAL

GCH CH Riverside Telltail Coco Posh 

As we sweep up our reports from last week we have two more for you. First from the East Tennessee burg of Gray, we have Sunday’s Greater Kingsport Kennel Club show. Judge Walter Sommerfelt had the last say, choosing his top two from the Black Cocker Spaniel, CH Ashdown's Time To Thrill, The 15” Beagle, GCH CH Tashtins Lookin For Trouble, the Doberman Pinscher, CH Philmar Superman, the Wire Fox Terrier, GCH CH Reigion Lutra Fastest Girl in Town, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Char’s Seattle Slew for Triple Crown, the French Bulldog, GCH CH Diva’s Bastille My Heart, and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, GCH CH Riverside Telltail Coco Posh.

Taking home the BIS was the Corgi, Coco. Capturing the RBIS was the Cocker, Alan. It was the third BIS in 19 trips to the BIS ring this year for Coco. 

GCH CH Mt Hood’s Leapin’ Linni of Tordor 

 Out in the San Francisco Bay area fanciers were in the North Bay town of Vallejo for Sunday’s Coyote Hills Kennel Club show. The seven dogs that judge Rita Bell saw were the Field Spaniel, GCH CH Promenade's Pay It Forward, the Basset Hound, GCH CH Topsfield-Sanchu Eenie Meenie Miney Moe, the Alaskan Malamute, GCH CH Peaceriver SilverIce Summer Soltice, the Airedale Terrier, GCH CH Penaire Cash Game at Longvue, the Chinese Crested, GCH CH Kulana's Sh-Boom, the Keeshond, GCH CH Skyline's Unit Of Measure, and the Puli, GCH CH Mt Hood’s Leapin’ Linni of Tordor.

Packing up the BIS was the Puli, Linni. Taking home the RBIS was the Basset, Tiger. It was the first BIS in four final attempts this year for the five year old Puli bitch. Congratulations to breeder/owner Bill Hiett, co-breeder Linn Hiett, owners Barbara Stelz & Gerard Stelz, and handler Bill McFadden.
