The country’s Number One Dog All Breeds, the Portuguese Water Dog, GCH CH Claircreek’s Impression de Matisse, survived another day of the Terrier tsunami, taking the BIS at today’s Devon Dog Show Association event, which drew 1121 Terriers.

Sharing the ring with Matisse and BIS judge Dr Carmen Battaglia were the English Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Cerise Celtic Thunder, the RBIS, the Wirehaired Dachshund, GCH CH Daybreak’s Bewitching Blossom, the Skye Terrier, GCH CH Cragsmoor Good Time Charlie, the Affenpinscher, Yarrow Hi Tech Witches Moon, the Schipperke, CH DeLaMer Summer Hotter Than Others, and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Harmony Yosemite Sam. Matisse hurdles toward a record setting year with 109 BIS this season so far.
