CENTRAL FLORIDA KC SURPRISES

GCH CH Starfire’s Spank Me Hard Call Me Crazy

In years gone by several of our top dogs would abandon Orlando FL for Cleveland OH in an attempt pick up the last of the season’s points in a less competitive venue. Cleveland also offers two chances at a big rosette vice the one, however coveted, two day event in Orlando. This year weather and the likelihood that the year’s final standings have already been determined, have conspired to keep most of the top twenty dogs in Orlando.

Nonetheless, Orlando continued to serve up surprises as only one of the nations’s top ten would make it to judge Timothy Catterson’s final at today’s Central Florida Kennel Club final, the Brittany, GCH CH Rainbow Splash’s Ruggedly Handsome. Beckett was joined by the Saluki, GCH CH Starlite’s Made Of The Best Stuff On Earth BN RN JC, the Doberman Pinscher, GCH CH Dezperado’s Hallelujah CA, the Border Terrier, GCH CH Meadowlake Pants On Fire, the Pomeranian, GCH CH Starfire’s Spank Me Hard Call Me Crazy, the Bulldog, GCH CH Dowat’s The Gladiator, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Lockenhaus Rumor Has It V Kenlyn.

The evening’s big winner was the Pom, Spanky. Coming in second was the Doberman, Glory. Spanky is the nation’s Number Two Pomeranian and Number Toy Dog with six BIS and 23 Toy Groups this year.
